We enjoyed the pool, and always had it to ourselves. Residents are friendly and we felt very safe. The Circle K was convenient for buying coffee, and as a recognizable landmark for taxis and tour pickup point, etc.

Birthday getaway

Our stay was fine. Only improvements I would suggest is to make sure the furniture is dusted before each customer and ensure the glassware is clean to use. Also a couple more tv’s would be great but other than that place was good

I know sometimes pictures can be misleading but we were not disappointed when we arrived for our stay. I had to communicate with the owner a few times before arriving and she was very punctual and responding back. She arranged to have someone waiting for my group when we arrived and they explained everything we needed to know about the unit. He gave me his WhatsApp number so that we could communicate if there was any problem. I did have to call him the next morning regarding the coffee pot and he went to the store and not only brought us a new coffee maker but a large can of coffee to go with it. He even brought and extra five gallon bottle of water. We were close to eating places and Walmart in Costco. The Ubers in the area were very reasonable, we were able to go downtown for less than five US dollars. We had air condition units in all three bedrooms and the living room and kitchen area. There was only one area upstairs that didn't have an air conditioning unit, but if you open the bedroom doors the air came into that area. The safety in this area was very secure and safe. They had a security guard that was able to direct our transportation to the right place. You won't be disappointed in picking this spot to stay at.

Safe Location

The host Ricardo was very accommodating for check in and also allowed us to check out late. At one point we needed extra towels and blankets and he delivered them quickly. This is a gated community with security so we all felt very safe staying here. There is a convenience store within walking distance so that is nice. There were a few cleanliness issues and the shower water was cold but other than that we were happy there.
