Man spürt bei vielen Gelegenheiten, dass es den Besitzern ein wirkliches Anliegen ist, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das gelingt auch bestens: Danke! Einziger Wermutstropfen: Freitag und Samstag können diverse Parties in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigen. Trotzdem: Ein wunderbarer Ort, sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Espectacular!!! Definitivamente el mejor lugar para quedarse en el Lago di Como. Acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la estación de tren, ferry y autobús. Habitación súper moderna, espaciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. Y lo mejor de todo, las atenciones de Stefy y Bepe (los propietarios), siempre atentos y dispuestos para hacer que la estancia sea lo más placentera. "Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Heizung und eine Klimaanlage und alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Sogar einige Lebensmittel wie z.B. Olivenöl oder Gewürze waren schon vorhanden. Der Garten ist sehr groß und das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Das Bad ist geräumig, mit Waschmaschine und großer Dusche. Wir waren mit unserem vier Monate alten Baby dort und hatten ein Beistellbett im Schlafzimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. "

"Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. "

"Meravigliosa Villa che domina il lago . Siamo andati a vedere il vicino castello che si trova in mezzo ai boschi ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Il lago è a breve distanza ed è raggiungibile dal servizio di trasporto a pochi metri da Villa SilvanaPurtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno e non abbiamo potuto goderci a pieno la vacanza. "Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...

"Beautiful and convenient location right on the water! Communication with the host was good. We arrived by train and had to find our way in the rain, and at night. I would recommend arriving in the light of day. The dark and rainy night made the navigation with gps a little difficult.The photos in the directions were helpful, however in the dark it was a bit unclear how far to walk after getting the keys. I kept wondering if there was a way to enter without going through the parking area. Great...
