"Room accommodations were great. Room was recently remodeled and very clean. Had a wonderful view of Lake Tahoe. Only negative was the construction going on in the lobby area leading to shops and underground tunnel, connecting Harrah’s. Temporary walls were constructed like a maze, and very confusing to get around. Except for that, our stay was wonderful and the hitel will be great when all the remodeling has been done."

"Beautiful location in a cove with pier and beach access steps away. Pool and outdoor activities,including beach bar were on point! Pet friendly! Clean,well maintained grounds and convenient parking. The room with a balcony,was very nice and well kept. Refrigerator and coffee maker were new and clean. Fireplace for winter use,very nice. Will absolutely return!"

"Decent, but at a price that was more than I would have payed for a nicer, more spacious room at one of the casinos. The breakfast was good, and I liked the coffee and tea that was always available in the lobby. The only thing that irked me was what I would consider deceptive marketing on Expedia that makes it sound like this property is on the beach (and possibly a private one) or at least has beach access. I also found the many florid names suggesting that this is a luxury property...

"Excellent manager…he upgraded us for free when we expressed that we weren’t happy with our room..he was so accommodating…the staff are excellent there! Free wine tastings in the afternoons! Pool and hot tub were amazing…the bare and outdoor seating are connected so it is very relaxing you can stroll in and out ..open concept…Adirondack chairs with fireside seating all day… Free s’mores every night ! Awesome stay!"
