"We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were clean and the shower pressure was great! It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed after a long day of outings. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter and everything is within walking distance. The hotel spa offers a “head spa” which includes a head massage and hair wash , and was nothing like I had experienced before. We were also picked up from the airport for around $25. Thank you JM Marvel for your hospitality!"

" A very pleasant experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were warm and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and nicely arranged with good amenities. The hotel felt safe and well managed. I also liked the convenient location, which made getting around the city very easy. They quickly prepared our room despite it being very early, since we had arrived from Sapa on the overnight bus, so we could rest and clean up. We also enjoyed some well-made cocktails made by Peter at the Sky Bar. The staff at every operation were kind and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again. "

The hotel is located very close to the church in the old quarter and everything is walking distance. We also thought the massage at their spa was one of the best ones. And of course the roof top bar made exceptionally affordable cocktails! You can’t beat the price for the comfort in Old Quarter....

"I was skeptical when booking because the photos posted from the property looked like renderings maybe but it was truly as advertised. Really had great experience with the staff such as Lily and Rose who all knew what my travel plans were for each day and trying to make the experience special. I put 9.8/10 when I checked out but looking back it was a 10/10 experience, maybe just knocked off the 0.2 for how hot it is outside which isn't the hotels fault haha."
