"Decor and design 10/10, located across from a florist in a quieter yet walkable part of town. Lovely staff went above and beyond and provided a breakfast bag for an early checkout! Rooftop pool was an oasis. The room was cute, but had to dock a star for slow water draining in the shower and a white light that would flash now and then in the room overnight. Unsure how soundproof the room was due to a noise complaint for walking and using a shower. Also the key was for power, AC as well as room...

"Ann from the front desk was absolutely amazing. She coordinated our activities and a car service to Sapa. She also helped us order food after room service had closed. She even paid for the delivery and allowed me to pay her in the morning. I cannot express how much I appreciated her wonderful service. "We arrived there early and asked the staff if we could leave our luggage there and come back for check-in later. Every hotel we booked through Expedia and used, no issues for leaving the luggage either before checking in or checking out but we were asked to pay extra fee to allow for early check-in and leave the luggage there which we agreed and paid. Room was not good at all. Water wasn't draining from the sink. Air-conditioner not cooling the room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone...
