"This property was truly so beautiful and picturesque. Our flight was super delayed and we didn’t arrive until late/early morning and the concierge was still ready for us! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and our room was perfect. Its located in the French Quarter so you could walk to mostly everywhere you want to, but its not loud or noisy if that’s what you’re looking for. We truly had the best time and this hotel and can’t wait until we come back. "

"The Hotel was good, you could hear noise from the street but it’s in the heart of New Orleans so no big deal. What set this hotel apart was the staff. Cynthia was AMAZING! We had a speedy check in and she took great care of us when we were running late for an excursion. My review was only as high as it was because of her, great people make all the difference!"

"We loved our stay here! We stayed in the La Sirena suite which is at the very top of the building. Below I list some 'cons' but they weren't really cons - more of considerations for those who might be sensitive to certain factors. Pros: - Excellent location - relatively chill block but close to so much. - R Bar on the ground floor is a great no frills neighborhood bar with mix of locals and tourists. Lively but not overly crowded, superb staff, and old school movies playing on the big screen....
