The room was very spacious and the whole atmosphere felt luxurious. It was also in a great location to get to everywhere we wanted to go."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad in Marina Bay. I was able to go for a 3mile run and see the beautiful landmarks. The staff was amazingly helpful. Shout out to Eron for his welcoming and also the main concierge very kind to offer water after my run. Would definitely stay here again."

"I booked a room two weeks in advance. After placing the booking, I noticed that the guest name was entered incorrectly. I immediately canceled it through Expedia and then made a new booking. However, the hotel said there is no refund for the incorrect booking. I explained that I only canceled because the name was wrong and then rebooked immediately, but they still replied: no refund."

"The room was small but so was the price, so we didn't mind. They did a great job designing the space. My only complaint was the elevators. Only 1 out of 4 were working on the first 4 days. Finally on our last day they got 2 elevators going."

"Nice hotel nearby Little India, close by to most attractions with easy access on bus or MRT. The room is decent size with some spaces for luggage. Staff are attentive and provide all information we need when check in. The entrance is on the back of the main road with reception on 3rd floor, so don't get confused if Google map shows you are at the location but there is no door to the hotel"

"Staff was great and attentive to needs, ensured we had water and free beverages (peach no-sugar water, cola, apple juice) in fridge. The room we got was their deluxe king room but it had a bunch of random stains on the wall, the carpet, and the shower had black mold dots around the caulking of the tiles. I believe our room was 807 Laundry was expensive and we had to find a self-launder laundromat in the area. Entrance to the hotel (1st floor) had so many mosquitos inside but luckily they're...

"It was in a good location. Hotel room is very small but its kept clean by daily housekeeping. We are impressed with the attention to detail in keeping the room tidy, they even line up our shoes neatly. Would be good if they have bigger rooms for family but the space for the room we had is good for short travellers of 2. We don't mind staying here again."
