"A fantastic hotel walking distance to public transport and sightseeing. Across the road from Raffles shopping centre where there were many food options. Our room was upgraded and we enjoyed an earlier than expected check in which we were so grateful especially after our 13 hr flight. Buffet breakfast offered good variety, housekeeping excellent, reception staff polite and helpful. The pool was so welcoming after a hot day wandering around this amazing city. "I booked the most basic room and it was much, much larger and better equipped than I expected. The hotel was great. The bed was massive! It's in a good location as well, with two MRT lines and Bugis Junction mall connected right next to it. There were some downsides - because the area is so central, you have to deal with mad crowds of people – and tourists – moving in every direction, every time you try to walk through the MRT intersections and Bugis Junction. Especially evident at Bugis Street...

"The property was undeniably maintained with pride & precision, however the service stood out to be the Raffles point of difference, to be treated as a long term repeat guest, on our first stay . The in-house Food , Restaurants &Bars were excellent I rate them as a 5 star which does not come easily or often from me. "We stayed for five nights as a family of three, with two adults and our 12-year-old child. The hotel added a twin bed to the existing king-size bed, and the room was still spacious enough for all three of us. We had a very comfortable stay throughout our trip. The room was equipped with both a washing machine and a refrigerator, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. These amenities make this hotel an excellent choice for families planning a longer stay. "部屋は清掃が行き届いており、ぐっすり休むことができました。 机は壁から張り出した台のような形状で、ノートPCとマウス、ほかの小物が置ける程度の狭さでしたが、旅行利用でしたのでさほど不都合は感じませんでした。 （単独の机はないためビジネス利用の方は部屋のグレードを上げるか、机の代わりになりそうな物を持参するしかないかなと思います。） エレベーターは部屋のカードキーをかざすことで自分が泊まる階のボタンを押せるようになるのですが、カードリーダーの反応が悪く（カードキー側の不具合か）、押せないことがたびたびありました。改善をお願いしたいです。"
