"Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper."

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

Es gibt einen Balkon direkt zum See zeigend, welcher vollständig abgeschlossen werden kann. Der Wohnblock liegt nah an der Straße, es wird dementsprechend etwas lauter, wenn die Fenster offen sind. "Hosts Ines and Hans are very lovely and welcoming. Very lovely house in the mountains with everything you need. The house is split in to two sides. It has everything you need: well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a toilet, three bedrooms. Just bear in mind that house is only accessible via gondola. You need to leave your car in a parking garage and get a gondola up to the house. The area is very good and the views are amazing. We had an amazing time! "

"Sehr ruhig, Wohnung neu renoviert mit einem originellen Mix aus Altem und Neuem (alte Hölzer, alter Ofen), sehr bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. "
