"Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware.
When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. "We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location was perfect and easy to find with parking available on property. The check-in and check-out processes were really simple and we arrived at our own time without needing to coordinate with the front office.
