"We would give the Langham and their staff a 100 stars if that was available. Every member of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The front desk staff person who checked us in was incredibly kind by upgrading us to a junior suite after inquiring about our 20th anniversary stay. The junior suite was absolutely amazing front the views to the enormous bathroom with soaking tub to the most comfy bed. The room had everything you wanted or needed.

"Great area, close to Times Square and Bryant Park. Staff was amazing. We left our passports, some cash, and some credit cards in our safe and didnt realize until we were at the airport to fly home. Within an hour the head of housekeeping recovered our items. We had them back within 2 days "
