"Spacious and well equipped rooms with a beautiful view of the Hyde Park and London Eye. Sumptuous breakfast. Classy location, walk down to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shops & restaurants. It’s just outside the Knightsbridge Tube station. All staff members are extremely helpful and ready to serve, especially Ruston. The cabs and Uber services are terrific.
They could improve on the refund policy. I had to cancel a room for 9 nights, within just 24 hours of booking but both Expedia and Hotel...

"The decorating is spectacular. Staff very pleasant and room gorgeous. However a nasty surprise to find the addition of a 60 pound service charge for staff, discretionary, which we had removed. This should be covered by the room charges which are very high indeed. "
