"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The included breakfast was excellent with full standard breakfast or omelettes or eggs Benny. Unfortunately there was a sewer line blockage that affected the toilets so that was inconvenient, the pillows were huge and the mattresses were quite soft but I would still stay here again for the value."

The hotel is nicely placed, too bad there are many new buildings around though, cause we were not able to see the citadel from our window (but may be you can see it and the clock from upper level)"

"Great location! 5 minute walk to the Harbourfront, buses, ferry to Dartmouth, and close to the commons area. Check-in and check-out, we're quick and easy. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The thermostat is a little outdated, it has no auto setting, and can be a little loud at night."

"Parking is almost non existing. You can park in the street but not during the day from 8-4. The rooms are clean but need work. There are renovations on going, making things unpleasant as you navigate the construction. The staff are courteous and pleasant but there are no amenities at all."

"We only stayed for one night but it was spacious and everything worked great! I had lost a gold chain and reported it lost after checking out. They initially called back saying they didn’t find it, however a day later I got a call, saying a chain was found without the pendent. They sent me pictures and I confirmed it was mine, they held onto it for another day as we have travelled 4 hours out.
