"We stayed at this hotel during the summer of 2025 and it was good overall. The location to the Disney Parks is a real plus. In August of 2025 we tried to use the laundry machines provided and it was a nightmare. None of the drying machines worked or would blow hot air. You need to fix simple things like this. OR just advertise "no laundry service".
Our experience was good overall though for 2025.
We stayed another night in early July 2026 and the experience was worse. The room was way more run...

"The property is well maintained. The staff are very friendly and the property including the room we stayed in was very clean. The only con was the website stated it offered breakfast and when we arrived and asked about the time, we were told they no longer offered breakfast. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it and stay again."

"Excellent location and room. Walking distance to Walmart and ample parking. Stayed in a standard king room where we could park our car infront of the room. Called for room service and room was cleaned when we arrived back from being out. About 10 mins to Disney property and 20 to universal. Comfortable bed, couch, desk, microwave and closet space with hangers in room. Ample storage space.
Only issue with our room was we found a dead centipede on the floor prior to checking out. Front desk was...
