"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "

"We had a relaxing family trip. We loved the outdoor deck and annoyed it with our coffee in the morning and meals outside! We played games and just enjoyed the cabin. The pictures of the cabin was just like as you see it walking in. Robert communicated all the details we needed. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe get some cookie sheets or pans to put stuff in oven and also some bigger bowls for things. The appliances were top notch. We would definitely book again."

"4th year in a row to stay hear for the rally. Walking distance to everything downtown. Very comfortable. Nice garage to park bike and vehicle. The condo is very nice! Owners are readily available."

"We had a great time staying at The Corner Cottage. Even with three kids with ages 10, 8 and 5 having no tv was great. The kids loved the pool table and my son and myself caught several fish in the pond. We really had great family time and the front porch was my wife and my favorite place to sit and drink coffee. The hosts were great and were very quick to reply to anything we asked. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. "

"This property truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming and comfortable. Sandra and Luis did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. We especially loved the furnishings. "This was a simple but nice accommodation. Owner was always available for communication even late. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and all necessities were available. Bathroom was small but adequate. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Perfect size for the family passing through town. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Backyard was great for our shitzu to run around. You do need to have your own streaming password to use thecTV."
