"What a lovely place to stay. Friendly, accommodating, quiet, comfortable is only the start of the experience. Definitely book for the dinner which is excellent and served in the small but intimate restaurant. Breakfast - really good with locally supplied produce - doesn't get much better. We stayed in the Bothy which was very big and even had a little kitchenette. Proper fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge meant a decent cup of tea could be had watching the rabbits and guinea fowl on the...

"Loved the swimming pool, that’s the main reason I booked this hotel, however it was very warm, too warm to do much swimming. Our room was lovely and clean, if not a little dated.
