"Valet personnel were always so kind and respectful and greeted you with a smile and by your name. The front desk staff always acknowledged you and made you feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and well tended to. Due to my busy conference schedule only got the chance to enjoy breakfast one day but was a great variety of foods offered and do appreciate this. Overall was a great stay and a big thank you for all who made this possible. "

"The plugs by the sink had the only mirror that you could use to put on makeup..... and they were so tight, none of our American items (curling iron, shaver etc) could fit without possibly ruining the items because you had to force it. Also, the draw refrigerator (who does that???) didn't work so they had to bring us a small one to plug into and put ontop of the bureau. There is no microwave, no real coffee machine except an "espresso machine that hardly worked at all and 2 pods to use that...

"The staff is fantastic!! The spa was wonderful. Where they fall short is their technology and engineering kinks need to be worked out, and the restaurant, in room dining food was ok at best, sometimes terrible but two great items were the salad with green goddess dressing and the chia pudding with passion fruit and pears! They try too hard, too fancy doesn't mean great taste. Also, for this price, it should be organic!! The room key didn't work (more than 3x to set this up right, engineering...
