"No problems with parking, the hotel is clean. The complimentary breakfasts is hot, and the hotel is close to the interstate. The hotel also has quiet hours so you'll have a good nights rest. Perfect place when I stay in New Orleans. "

"Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service."

We also reported to the front desk that the housekeeper had taken something that didn’t belong to the hotel, but unfortunately, no action was taken. "My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"Had a bad smell when you walked in the door that reeked through the room all night and the toilet would not flush overflowed onto the floor called manager. He said he couldn’t get Maintenance out till 8:30 AM. This happened at 4:30 in the morning."

Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."

"No housekeeping, had to take out own trash, phone didn't work, had to go to the front desk to return dirty towels and get new ones. No pool no free breakfast. No real amenities at all to speak of."
