They hung out all day, night and morning which means had to pass through a crowd to leave in/out hotel. Lack of direction on elevator location and no one to give assistance. "My hotel stay was extremely disappointing. After 3 rooms trying to accommodate all had issue. One of the rooms had a toilet with no running water at all, making it impossible to flush. I have videos documenting the condition of each room. The chairs throughout the room were old, worn out, and honestly need to be thrown away ASAP. I do want to say the housekeeping staff appeared overworked and did the best they could. The real issue is management not properly inspecting the rooms or maintaining...

"Property was very clean , staff pleasant and helpful. Had shuttle service from airport and return even at 3 am. Also provided shuttle to cruise terminals . Had a great snack and soda service . Morning breakfast was good , they could use more tables and seating , although it was a busy morning so maybe not an issue normally"
