"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit is just a couple of feet away from the bed, so when it's running you hear it and it's blowing directly on you. The hotel is currently under renovation rooms on 5th and 6th floor as well as the lobby. Breakfast is included in the stay, and while I didn't eat, my husband said that it was good. They don't serve lunch at the hotel. At 5:00 the 6 seat bar opens and a very limited menu of food is available. I'm talking 6 items...

"This place was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. All the amenities you could think of, best continental breakfast i've ever had, clean and spacious rooms and good rates. I cant think of anything negative about this place. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We love the location and have stayed many times, however, we were a bit disappointed in our stay this time. It took 1/2 hour to check in; apparently due to a new program? The hallway to our room was about 60 degrees and breakfast coffee didn’t have any flavored creamer options."

"Stayed overnight with family. I noticed that the elevator floor (carpet) was not vacuumed the day we were there. Don’t forget to bring your drinking water, just found out from my husband that the bottled water from the vending machine costs $4 😊. Staff are friendly and helpful!"

"The front desk was out of quarters and there wasn’t another way to do laundry. Also, the 4th floor elevator didn’t work going down. You had to push up, then go down. ( would have been nice to be told that) Front desk guy at night was so kind and helpful."

"This place was well maintained, and clean, however poor customer service at the front dest and in the restaurant. Not attentive at all. Also very pricey, and really not worth the money."
