We came for Essence fest and this hotel is in a great location to get around town via ride share, a street car, or walking. Bourbon street and the French Quarter isn’t too far. The laundry room needs some way to track the people that are using the machines as the staff was not willing to manage taking out guest clothes when they were not prompt to remove from machines.
