"The staff was nice. The chairs and upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. Comcast/full tv functioning did not work. The pool never had a stock of towels. The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. "

I’ll be honest, I didn’t realize my checkout time and that part was my mistake. But they packed up and removed all my belongings without informing me. "The hotel is close to downtown if not downtown. But overall the hotel is nice the rooms are nice and the staff is nice. The hotel does not have their own parking but there is a parking garage next to the hotel with affordable prices. The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool and the breakfast I didn’t see myself my fiancée went down and I told her to bring me anything she brought eggs and sausage and the sausage didn’t look fully cook. "

"The room was nice and clean. The AC was very cold! Shower had good pressure. I was disappointed that our 2 rooms did not have balconies like the posted photos. Besides the location, the balcony was the reason I booked at this hotel! The amenities are so tiny! The shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap are all about 2.25” tall! The staff doesn’t greet us with a warm welcome or smile. The words are friendly but the delivery doesn’t match. "

"Our room was lovely with a king bed and pretty chandelier. It was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a coffee maker but no coffee cups and they do not have any refrigerator so don't plan to bring leftovers unless you get a cooler from the local store. Our family were in different rooms that had issues with slugs coming in on the ground floor, though. The location is super convenient if you plan to visit Bourbon St. and things are fairly walkable. "
