"Service was great. Requested for a baby cot and side by side rooms, and all were met. They even threw in simple deco and a cake for my husband's birthday. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return."

"Very clean room. Cleaners came in everyday to clean rooms and etc. staff were absolutely amazing! So nice and helpful! The only thing I’d probably complain about is the other people partying till 2am but room did cancel out most of the noise."

"It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport."

"Beautiful Rooms and the hotel is fantastic. The only downside was the restaurants where service was poor. First night, meals (for two) came 20 minutes apart. Not fun! Second night, a $95 ribeye for two was not hot and went cold before we were half finished. Accompaniments, were stingy and also not hot enough. We felt a bit ignored as we tried to catch to attention of our server several times. Also, Happy Hour times are inconsistent throughout the restaurant. Why? Very annoying!"

"Property at the end of the stay tried to bill us for double the stay. Instead of being forth coming in the beginning of the stay, they waited until the end to run my credit card multiple times for different amounts.
We finally came to an agreement at the end however we ended up paying more than what was booked with Expedia."

"Bathroom way too small. No toilet paper they use Kleenex. Room too small to function. Bathroom had no where to plug hair dryer to fix hair close by had to plug over by desk. It’s right by china town so close to food but not a comfortable stay. I would not stay there again over bathroom and room size."

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...

"Bit hard to find as not on Main Street but above shopping centre.
No pool which was a shame but these were the only negatives.
Everything else about the property was fabulous.
Early check in given without asking.
Very attentive and helpful check in staff.
Great choices at free breakfast included.
Room was great and overall position of hotel was convenient to MTR station to city and public bus to airport.
Lots of eating places around hotel.
Was perfect for a 2 night stay"
