"I came alone from northern California to visit my seven grandchildren. The farm rental was perfect. The kids ages 1 to 12 came to the farm and and got a personal tour. Lots of new born animals. They bottle fed one of the newborns. We had a BBQ. The kids requested another visit and came back again. It was great. Thank you, Andy"

"Cheryl could not have made it any easier or been any nicer. There was plenty of room, it was clean as a whistle, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the location was right where we wanted to be - close to town, but quiet and private. She was also great wth restaurant recommendations. Much appreciated!"

"Our family of 5 stayed at the Dragonfly for 4 nights. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and proximity to adorable downtown Franklin (1/2 mile walk) where we frequented Millie’s for ice cream 3 nights in a row! "I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table.
