the worst experience with a hotel i have ever had! and I have stayed at a place with blood stains on the wall. That said I never stayed there. I made a reservation weeks in advance, and the day I was meant to arrive I was notified my stay was canceled. the lady on the phone, while pleasant, refused to attempt to correct the problem. Very frustrating!

Had a terrible experience. First, the check-in instructions were extremely confusing. It wasn’t just me—other family was also struggling to follow the directions and find their room. The property itself was clean and nice, but it is located very close to popular bars that played loud music late into the night. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet stay, especially with kids on a weekend. Right after checking in, I called their online support to inquire about multiple charges made to my credit card. They told me my payment hadn’t gone through, so they tried processing it multiple times. I contacted American Express, and they confirmed that the payment had been approved. Clearly, there was a technical glitch on the host’s side, but they refused to acknowledge it or take any responsibility. I got upset because, first, it wasn’t my fault, and second, how was I given access to the property if my payment supposedly didn’t go through? And then they were asking me to vacate the room and check back in. I was so frustrated that I told them to cancel my reservation and I checked into a different hotel. What a terrible experience and customer service. I would never consider staying with them again.

This space definitely met our needs though there were some weird quirks. The location with included parking and being walking distance to a lot of restaurants was awesome. The washer/dryer and full kitchen were also useful. The odd thing was how barebones the apartment was with some stuff. There were four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) staying there for a week and there were only four super thin bath towels, one dish towel, two total rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, one spare kitchen trash bag, and four sets of cutlery. So while I’m sure it was cheap upfront to furnish the apartment as they did, it likely cost more money because we were constantly having to do laundry or wash dishes or run the dishwasher. The communication seemed to be fine with the landlords/owner/manager and I’m sure they would have brought more supplies if we asked. But it seemed like an unnecessary problem that we shouldn’t have had to worry about, especially when the number of people and length of stay is known through our reservation. That being said, we would likely stay there again because the positives definitely outweighed the oddities/inconveniences. We’ll just likely be more aggressive in asking for more stuff in the beginning that we know we’ll need.

The property and location were terrific, but the mattress was hard like a futon, and the couch was even harder; it felt like it was made from cardboard. The check-in system was the biggest challenge, besides the bed and sofa. It was unclear where the front door was or how to find the entrance to the garage. The garage is not on the same street as the entrance (in an alley), and the check-in did not offer an address to make it easy to find. When I called, the call center was not even sure.

The property was nice. It could use a little more cleaning. The stove top had crusty gunk on it and the baseboards could use cleaning. Other than that it was nice. One thing I would like to share is that your room number is not easily recognizable on your check in passport. If they could get that corrected somehow it would be helpful. It would have been helpful to have more than just 1 roll of toilet paper. We were in a two bedroom two bath. We liked our stay and would book again.

Stayed at CozySuites this weekend from out of town to watch a play at the IRT and visit the Newfield Museum. The property is in a very good location near restaurants and boutique shopping. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom, and a great view of the neighboring Rathskeller patio. I would normally rate a 5 out of 5, however, my wife and I experienced EXTREMELY poor service. Upon check-in, we were offered early check in, which would have been very helpful as our play was at 5pm (check in at 4pm), this was later rescinded by the property. Furthermore, upon check in our reservation said we had room #12, when looking around the property we couldn’t find the room, after 15 minutes we called the help line and they gave us our correct room (208) and code to get in. During our search we ran into another couple in the elevator who were looking for #38, we had to tell them to call the help line for their correct room. Very poor communication. Upon checking out, we received a text asking if we would like a late check out which I responded “Yes”. Then I received a response that a late check out was not available. I completely understand if this needs to be approved, but if you are not going to award these extensions don’t offer them. Lastly, the cleaning crew walked in on my wife early, prior to the check out deadline. Didn’t knock the door, UNLOCKED the door and just walked in! Great place, problematic check in

Well… where do I begin? From the initial booking, there were issues. I was asked to complete verification from my “boarding pass.” I completed this right, with photos, id card etc. right after booking. Over the next couple days I got several emails and texts to do it again. I actually did it all again on the morning of our stay. Finally verified but did not receive our check in information until I called minutes before our 4 o’clock reservation. When we finally received the link, some of the directions were not clear or correct. No address on the building, directions to enter parking garage were not accurate and no mention on which spaces to use until we were actually in the unit. On all reservation info it said Cozy Suites # 31. Sure thought that was the unit number but no. Had to call back again to be instructed the room number was in a tiny little font below bl20 515. No mention that this was the room number. We were finally able to get in and settled. Thank god there was a bar right across the street!! As we walked out of our room, there were two men with phones out looking dumbfounded. We knew exactly that the problem was! Poor ups were having the same issues finding the building, where to park and we thought this was our room number. Glad we we able to help and avoid another angry phone call. Beyond all that needing to be clarified on your end in the future, the place was lovely in a great location! Clean up your directions and put on address on the building!

Good location

The initial check in instructions were confusing. Thankfully we had other residents who had the same issues who stopped and assisted us with the check-in procedure. We also had some issues with supplies. The person we were communicating with checked in and responded well, but the actual delivery of what was needed was slow. (Ran out of toilet paper and didn't get any dropped off until late in the afternoon, had already gone out to purchase some).

It was nice enough and very quiet. However, the couch in the living room was probably the worst couch I have ever sat on. It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately it was the only option for watching TV. There was not a TV in the bedroom, so you are forced to use the terrible couch.

Great Indianapolis Location

Nice new-build place close to everything downtown. Several restaurants are nearby, and you can easily Uber to anywhere you need to go in Indy.
