"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago."

"Staff was amazing and very helpful, gave us a lot of great recommendations for places to check out and also upgraded our room for free. The room was very nice, a little tight but that is expected in Chicago. Bathroom was perfect great shower, amazing view from room and bathroom window. Very conveniently located, quick walk from the train. Highly recommend and would stay again"

But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT?
