"We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same...

"Our room was spacious but somewhat shabby and musty: the curtains were torn and dirty, the couch had stains on it and the AC/heater in the bedroom didn't work. The room smelled of mildew and you couldn't open the windows to air it although we did run the fan when it was warm enough outside to. The staff were responsive and offered to move us as the AC/heater couldn't be fixed during our stay but they didn't have an available room in our desired configuration, so we stayed.
