"We had an amazing few days at this property. Once the trip was booked, a rep named Chantae reached out to see if she can be of service. We chose the birthday decoration package and we were exceptionally pleased with the outcome once it was completed! Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted and checked in quickly. "The set up of room and authentic food some of the staff were real polite.. what I don’t like is making reservations for the restaurants was hard and when you do get a reservation the food not enjoyable example the steak house meat salty, house keeping forget to clean my room for 2 days "

"Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services.
