"We had a great long weekend! We brought our dogs who also had a ball! The house was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There is a pier which we fished off of and caught 5 small catfish (released). For those that have a boat, there is a boat dock and lift. The boat dock and pier are covered and well lit. All in all a great weekend with great hospitality."

"Our time at the home was wonderful, the groundskeeper was amazing with assisting us with wood and the fireplace. What a wonderful stay we had so quiet and clean we definitely will be returning."

"Spent a nice 4 day weekend with my mom and sister relaxing, crafting, reading and just good time spent together. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and big plus it was pet friendly so mom could bring her dog. Owner actually stopped by while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice visit with him. "Everything was clean and in great condition, except for the spiderwebs on the back patio, which they forgot to clean, I was able to get rid of these no problem with the broom that was provided. There is no dining table inside, so one must brave the outdoors to eat on the gorgeous covered front patio. "If you are looking for a place of peace/quiet and just to recharge your battery - this place is perfect! It sits just off the lake and the private little beach in front is perfect. We enjoy the morning on the deck watching the sunrise, birds, drinking coffee and visiting. Property is under new ownership but nothing has changed from previous owner - Kevin was a great host and the house is perfect. My sister and I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. "Kitchen had every thing you could possibly need for cooking and baking. Was a shortage of spoons, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, 1 trash bag was not enough for a 5 day stay. Coffee pot takes awhile but it will make coffee. Fridge very cold, enough to freeze salad mix, be wary of the bottom drawer. Huge pantry, no light maybe bulb burnt out. Some gnats in almost every room, fly swats are in pantry. Big dinning room plenty of seating. Table legs a bit wobbly, dollar general down the street...

"First off posting the negatives for owner to be aware but we’d consider staying again so take these for how they are meant. The house needs some relatively minor maintenance. Our biggest complaint was pool pumps not working and water felt gross and was unusable. We were on the lake first day so didn’t notice issue until second day. The back sliding door needs repair, patio furniture needs cushions replaced, some ceiling fans don’t work, coffee pot has no lights which makes it hard to tell if on....

"This lake house was super spacious, beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and my husband and kids loved the fishing pier. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The vicinity is perfect and location was extremely convenient. We'd definitely visit more often. The host was communicative and pleasant. "

"This is the second year in a row (anniversary trip in the same cabin) we have come here since we discovered it. We had such an amazing time. The cabin had every thing you could need. We were able to cook our own food and bbq. Catch our own fish. Nice fresh air. Adequate lighting at night. The bed was super comfy. The owners are super friendly and come to greet us in public ! Check in/out process is super easy. Honestly I really hated to leave. I cannot wait until next year when we go back !!!! "
