"Room was big and nicely redone. The bathroom sliding door did not close. The hotel was freshly redone also. Happy hour reception was nice. Food was not replenished enough for people coming in after 1st 1/2 hour. Would definitely come back. "

"location is great, right across from Costco and shopping mall. Room is clean and free breakfast + charging for EV (low speed) make this an easy choice. This is the 3rd time we stay there and very family and pet friendly. Nice small on site gym with warm swimming pool (didn't use this time - too cold). Quiet and quick access to freeway entrance; 15 - 20 min away from multiple POI. "

"Clean room, check in process was quick and easy honestly a very nice run motel. The only thing is the hot water does take a bit to warm up and the door to the room gets stuck "

"We have stayed here several times over the years and love this hotel. It is a great location, beautiful space and friendly staff. My only small complaint is that it is the middle of winter and I was hoping for more blankets or at least a duvet on the bed. It was a little cold and uncomfortable to have only sheets and a thin throw on the bed. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay! "

"Exceptional clean and new facility. We booked a 2 bad/2bath suite for our family with 2 adult boys. The location is great too, close to everything. Even we hike in Point Reyes, Novato is one of the best place to stay. Because it is a town with many restaurants and facilities. It is next to hwy 101, and it has easiest driving route between Point Reye and hwy 101. ( The other two are much more winding and hard to navigate). We also like the complimentary continental breakfast. "

"The room was great! The getting there was the difficult part. Outside was very dark and you can’t see the numbers of the rooms. I found myself stopping and getting out of the car to try and see the number. Also there’s a way back area of rooms and as a woman traveling alone it’s not the best. Also it was loud outside and I found myself turning the lights off cause I felt I was so far back that if someone banged on my door it would be scary. "
