"I’ve stayed here about 3-4 times every time had been great until this on, out of no where valet parking is all they offer. The water was cold no one said a thing before arriving. Everything’s was clean and the room was okay but I don’t think charging for valet parking will bring me back and the lack of help and communication was not great for those reasons I’m never staying in Kompose again"

"I asked for an extra hour since I arrived the night before late due to their transportation and un the middle of traveling to attend my mom's burial and the lady at the front desk very rude type if mid manager said that that was impossible, I had a flight until 6pm and asked about staying and the lobby and wait and she agreed but the AC it was broken, in Miami a ln AC at a hotel in the lobby it was broken...come on people..you do not want anybody there..."

"The hotel room was fine but 2 of the 5 elevators were not working for a period of time. The Happy Hour was extremely busy and only one person was making drinks so the lineup for a drink was very long. Not worth the wait."

"The staff was not very friendly to the clients but seem to be more interested in the relationship with each other. The hotel was not very clean. The breakfast area was dirty, coffee container was often empty, and the new machines didn’t operate correctly. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There was no microwave in the room. There was lots of food items for sale in the lobby. It’s the worst Hilton experience I have ever had."

"The front desk guy was amazing and helpful. In the other hand the room are old and dirty, the bed sheet had stain on it, the old smell was terrible, the air conditioning is either on or off. The advantage is that it is kind of close to the airport everything, but I will go somewhere else next time."

"The Person at check in was friendly and pleasant, spoke and understood English well. Housekeeping communication skills could have been better. ( No speak English) slight problem. The room was a little damp but clean. Breakfast wasn't bad, the ending time schedule was different daily. Fresh fruit had small issues, like not enough, some bad oranges. I have stayed at better LaQuinta's so I won't give up on the chain because this one was less than what I'm used to."
