And then you have to wait in queue to get the key. 4) first, no apology about checking in into an occupied room. Then, when being recorded, they checked into a correct Room. 5) very basic pool"

"Check in was very easy and staff was wonderful. The room we had was very old school fashion/Hollywood. It was really beautiful. We even went to the bar upstairs my sister and I had gotten several appetizers to share everything we had gotten was yummy. I would go back again."

We did not try to have both on at the same time but one of the shower heads only switched on and off it seemed. "Easy place to stay near Sacramento with free parking and close to I5. The decor is meh and somewhat dated. Our room faced a busy road so we had road noise at night. The bed was very comfortable. We brought our own breakfast so can’t comment on the hotel’s breakfast. Solid choice but I did not like the hotel enough to return the following week. We’ve been visiting our new grandson on a weekly basis and I decided to try a hotel in midtown Sacramento instead which I liked much more."
