"I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. My room was so beautiful, right in front the train station and canal. This hotel was very conscious on their guest. We have turn on "Do not Disturb for 3 days", the housekeeping have...

Staff were unfriendly on arrival.
We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room."
