"The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs."

"This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking."

"Hot tub was hot enough but took an hr to fill part way. T.v did not work . Was told they would bring a new one. Never did. At checkout I wanted to pay cash instead of use the card that I used to hold the room., they took my cash and charged the card. Staff was friendly. "
