The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"

It has a lovely pool, the lobby goes on forever & features several snack/drink options. It also has activity areas for children. Our room was comfortable with nice shower.
