"I had to pay a crazy high price because the weekend I was there was a popular one. Double price seems unfair though. It may have been the Expedia booking as I didn't go directly to the hotel itself."

"I was given a room directly across from 3 elevators & I COULDN’t sleep due to all the noise of the elevators. The next morning I asked to be moved to another quieter room but the staff gave me the run around & didn’t move me. I had to ask to speak to the manager after a 2nd night of noise. They said they would speak to the manager. They never did & did not move me. The staff was really not helpful & stupid. I will be reporting them"

We really liked the overall theme and stylish decoration of the hotel, which gave it a unique atmosphere. The staff were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
