It was a nice place, room for all of us. There was no air conditioning though. Whoever owns this house needs to work on the upper deck, the railing is wiggly and therefore a possible hazard.

Not as nice as expected

The house layout is great for two families with children. However the fridge was obviously no longer working and even had a sign saying give it 24 hours to cool off. Our food almost went bad and I had to call management. Thankfully they came out fast and gave us a new fridge in the garage. The shower in the master sprays water everywhere. There was a balloon leftover from the people prior to us. When something spilled on the floor in the kitchen I went to wipe it up and the paper towel was black. Clearly the floor hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. The kitchen island is a safety hazard and until it’s fixed along with the kitchen fridge they shouldn’t rent out the home. Just barely resting your elbows on the counter and it will come off the floor. With little kids there it made me very uncomfortable. The cabinets in the kitchen don’t close which isn’t a major deal. Just for the price I feel like the fridge should work and there shouldn’t be obvious safety issues like the kitchen island. The shower in one of the master rooms sprays water all over when trying to use and leaks out the bottom. The house is in need of some tlc. It should not cost as much as it does for how many issues it has

Great overall stay

We had two families together for Thanksgiving and had a great stay overall! The location is great, we loved the hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked which was very helpful. There are some maintenance needs throughout the home that I have brought up to the management company so hopefully those things will be tended to but overall we were very comfortable and would stay here again. Easy walk to the village and beds were comfortable.

Very nice and cozy

Enjoyed the home and the location. It’s a quick walk to the pools, stores and a couple parks. It’s a quiet spot with a very cozy atmosphere. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

2022 Family Get-Away

Each year my family & I take an extended weekend to enjoy each other's company & the surrounding area. This year we chose Sunriver & stayed at Acacia 2. We were all quite pleased with the house & surrounding area. The layout of the home is perfect for the night owls, the early risers & the littles who aren't so good at keeping their voices down. The living area is spacious & being an open floor plan means conversation doesn't have to stop while preparing meals. The showers: they do work in all the bathrooms. Set your water temperature then at the end of the facet where the water comes out, pull directly down. This initiates the shower head. We weren't able to enjoy SHARC, our adventures didn't line up to when they were open. Hint: contact SHARC for their availability times if you want to enjoy what they offer. My son & his girlfriend were able to enjoy the Village & said it was better than they expected. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Acaia 2, the staff was very easy to work with & very personable. We will definitely stay here again

Our Pinewood Resort

Fabulous location and lay out of the home. We were close to the village, Sharc, playground, etc. With an open floor plan we could do crafts on the table while someone was making dinner and no one was away from the fun! A huge garage for all the bikes and with 3 bathrooms we could get ready in a timely manner. We also liked the TV in every room.

Great location pet friendly

Thus house has a perfect location between the parks, near the SHARC and the village. Wonderful space for 2 families. The barbecue unfortunately did not work and the floors were a bit dirty when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was great. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay and well- thought out property! Would stay again!

Great arrangement. All the details accounted for and everything that we needed at our fingertips. Place was clean and well taken care of. Couple suggestions for property: floor needed mopping, bed in queen without bathroom was hard, couches were in good condition, but are due for replacement as they had very little firmness left to them, dart board was not replaced by maintenance upon request, swing on deck is splintering and needs sanding and/or cushions. Minor issues. Great stay nonetheless.

Acacia 2

We had a lovely time with our family. Everything was great except we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower heads to work in the two bathrooms with tubs. Called management twice and never heard back. Everyone had to take turns in the master shower, which was a small corner shower. Great location… close to Sharc and only 1 mi from the Village.

Family Friendly Sunriver house

Perfect layout and location

Great central location in Sun River right on the community trail. One story house provided a great layout for us with 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 3 dogs. Comfortable house and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Wasn’t overly clean compared to some places we’ve stayed, so that’s my only suggestion for improvement is it could use a nice deep cleaning.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house was true to the pictures and very spacious. It worked well for us (2 couples and 2 singles) and was super close to the SHARC which we really appreciated. the parking area easily accommodated 4 vehicles. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was a very slow draining commode in the queen in suite and it plugged once. had to have the plumber come out once but it still posed a bit of a problem off and on. And the fridge in the garage does not seem to get cold enough in the top half to keep food from spoiling but froze the beer on the bottom. Minor problems easily fixed. Our fur babies loved roaming the woods and going on walks. It was a very enjoyable stay. Also we enjoyed the large deck and swing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Its beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. The house was not as we expected.

The house looks like it was once very nice but it needs some work. The furniture was in bad shape. The carpet was stained and dirty. There were blinds missing and some didn't work. It wasn't cleaned well. Cobs webs all over. The floors were not clean. We had a mouse in the kitchen. The outside garbage cans were over flowing when we arrived and were still full when we left. We bagged up our garbage and set it out as instructed but had to just pile it on top of the cans. Lots of dog hair. Had trouble with all of the televisions even after someone came by to help with them. There was nothing to use to clean anything up with. We went to the store and bought some frying pans and a spatula to cook some food. The pans there were horrible. That said, I do appreciate the owners sharing their home with us but we paid a lot of money to stay there and were expecting something a bit nicer.

Loved this home

Loved everything but was disappointed in the recreational activities. The ping pong paddle covers were pealing off, one bike had a flat tire and we couldn’t find the air hockey? But would stay again .. loved this home❤️

New Years weekend

I wish I would have been informed that the Queen sleeper sofa was needing repairs. My adult daughter and husband had to sleep on the bunks. Other than that it was a great house!

Perfect one story w/ large deck & privacy! Close to Sunriver mall & store!!

The house was perfectly set up to accommodate our family! My 85 year old mother had her own room w/ private bath. There was another bedroom that was the master w/ its own private bath. Another bedroom w/ queen and the huge bunk room. The bottom bunk could sleep 2 and the bunk up top 1. I believe the couch in that room may have been a sofa bed or big enough to sleep one person on the couch. Those 2 rooms shared the 3rd full bath. The hot tub was private and you could watch the walkers & joggers on the bike path from a long enough distance. The deck is the perfect place to end your day with a BBQ and plenty of room with the two big tables and swing! The garage is 3 car, a ping pong table in the 3rd bay & parking for two cars inside the other 2 bays. There are only two other homes within this culdesac and the view from the kitchen is unobstructed & the rest of the house has a gorgeous view everywhere you look. The only negatives I have are the many issues with certain parts of the house, that hopefully will be addressed by the owner. The pull down blind on one of the windows in the living room had a broken strings. The hot tub cover is old , heavy & falling apart. The freestanding outdoor heater had an "out of order" sign on it. The TV remotes had no instruction of use. The refrigerator needs a little repair with something broken on one of the glass shelves. The light bulb inside the light on the nightstand in the master suite, on the left facing side of the bed was broke. The light worked, but The bulb holder was messed up & possibly a fire hazard. The ping pong table in the garage could use a little TLC with the net, which seems to be broken. Even with all these minor issues, I would highly recoomened this home! It's absolutely perfect for those who can't access stairs & a house that memories are made of!!!

Little Things Add Up To Disappointment

The home itself was nice with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one floor. The location was convenient close to the SHARC and the Village. It was great to have 8 passes for the SHARC. We did enjoy playing table tennis. There are several items that need to be addressed to make it more enjoyable experience. Two of the three beds were too hard to get a good nights sleep. The window blinds need to be replaced as some were broken and others didn't open or close without a struggle. There were many items that need attention. Water dispenser in refrigerator didn't work. Micro wave didn't rotate. Only half of the 4 slice toaster worked. We had our 7 year old grandson with us and we looked forward to having fun playing air hockey. Excitement quickly turned to disappointment as the air hockey table proved to be a safety issue. The legs were very unstable and had several loose wires. I called Village Properties and their response was the owners were aware of the condition of the air hockey table and were deciding what to do with it. Why was the air hockey game even mentioned in the description? There were 4 bikes available but none for children. The coffee maker and blender were not clean and we found several items under the couch from previous vacationers. It just seemed like the owners have not maintained the home as one would expect for the fees that are charged.

Easter fun in SunRiver!

We visit Sunriver every Easter and have stayed in many homes. This was one of our favorites! The house is super cute, very comfortable for a large group, and stocked well. Bonus that it allows pets! We will definitely stay here again!
