    Esta hermosa casa de un solo nivel, inspirada en un lodge, está ubicada entre los árboles y cuenta con una ubicación fantástica, lo que la convierte en un refugio perfecto durante sus vacaciones en Sunriver. Ubicado dentro de un corto paseo a pie o en bicicleta por un camino pavimentado a través de los árboles desde las piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre en SHARC y el patio de recreo, áreas de picnic, canchas de tenis y bola de salmuera, así como los campos de pelota en Fort Rock Park y el pueblo en Sunriver. Acceso conveniente a todas las comodidades que Sunriver tiene para ofrecer. Además, el hecho de que el # 2 Acacia Lane sea apto para perros, Fort Rock Park es el lugar perfecto para llevar a tu compañero y dejarlo correr.

    Al entrar a la casa a través de la entrada abierta, la casa se separa con las habitaciones en los extremos opuestos de la casa desde la gran sala de estar y la cocina. Gire a la derecha en la gran sala de estar abovedada con cocina y comedor abiertos el uno al otro. Con bellos techos abovedados de cedro junto con pisos de madera natural y pizarra, la gran sala se inunda con la luz de los muchos ventanales que rodean el espacio.

    La gran sala de estar con techo alto está anclado en un extremo con una hermosa chimenea de leña de gas y contiene un montón de muebles mullidos para acurrucarse y ver una película en el televisor de pantalla plana grande o leer un best seller. La apertura a una hermosa cocina con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una isla grande, la gran área puede albergar muchos chefs para ayudar con las comidas. El comedor contiene una gran mesa de madera para comidas familiares junto con un bar de vinos y un lavabo separado a un lado. Desde el comedor se puede caminar hacia una cubierta extremadamente grande y un área al aire libre que es capaz de albergar a una familia numerosa.

    Situado en el extremo más alejado de la cubierta, es un columpio de madera empotrado muy confortable que permite disfrutar de la soledad tranquila de la zona boscosa que rodea la casa. Escondido en otra esquina hay una bañera de hidromasaje en la que uno puede relajarse y observar las estrellas.

    En el interior, alejándose de la Gran Sala, se encuentran las 4 habitaciones en un ala separada de la casa. A medida que se aventura por el pasillo de pizarra natural, el primer dormitorio es una habitación grande con techos abovedados de cedro que es perfecto para la gente más joven. Una pirámide enmarcada con troncos y una sala de estar, esta sala es ideal para darles un lugar para reunirse, jugar y ver televisión o películas. También tiene acceso a la gran cubierta envolvente.

    Más adelante, a lo largo de este ala de la casa, tiene un dormitorio con cama Queen, junto con un hermoso baño con azulejos personalizados. Otro dormitorio de la reina con una cama de troncos y muebles tiene otro baño adjunto, también con azulejos personalizados. Al final del pasillo se encuentra el dormitorio principal rey. Esta habitación, que cuenta con un armazón de cama de troncos y troncos rústicos y muebles de madera, es una cabaña silenciosa que contiene un hermoso baño abierto con azulejos personalizados y acceso a la cubierta envolvente. Todas las habitaciones están inundadas de luz proveniente de grandes ventanales que dan a las áreas comunes arboladas que rodean la casa.

    Fuera del ala del dormitorio hay un gran garaje para tres automóviles que alberga una mesa de ping pong y sillas adicionales para competiciones amistosas.

    Con un plano de planta abierto y espacios cómodos, # 2 Acacia Lane es sin duda una casa de vacaciones perfecta para su familia. Cerca de casi todo lo que Sunriver tiene para ofrecer, la casa se sienta junto a un camino pavimentado para caminar y andar en bicicleta que te invita a explorar las más de 30 millas de caminos pavimentados en Sunriver.

The property was great for our family of 5, grandparents and a dog. It was in a great location very close to the SHARC and a mile via bike paths to Fort Rock Park. The house was just what was expected from the pictures and descriptions, it worked out well for us.

Very nice and cozy

Enjoyed the home and the location. It’s a quick walk to the pools, stores and a couple parks. It’s a quiet spot with a very cozy atmosphere. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

It was a nice place, room for all of us. There was no air conditioning though. Whoever owns this house needs to work on the upper deck, the railing is wiggly and therefore a possible hazard.

We enjoyed the house but the master bathroom needs to be updated: low toilet ready to plug up ; very small shower and worn linoleum floors. Also a bigger TV is needed in the living room. The house was clean and well stocked.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time visiting Sunriver with our family (3 young kids) and loved family bike rides on the bike paths near the home and around the Sunriver Resort as well. The kids loved climbing the rock formation out near the backyard and using the SHARC pool and waterslides. They also loved the "kid" room with the bunk bed and video games. One bummer is that one of the four bikes was broken so we did have to rent a bike on our own. Some parts of the house (like the master bedroom and bath) could use an update but was overall decent.

New Years Get-a-way

It was snowing and quite cold so the bikes and the ping pong table in the garage were not used. It’s also a plus that they accept dogs. The furniture, rug and accessories in the living room need replacing. They appeared dirty and very worn.

2022 Family Get-Away

Each year my family & I take an extended weekend to enjoy each other's company & the surrounding area. This year we chose Sunriver & stayed at Acacia 2. We were all quite pleased with the house & surrounding area. The layout of the home is perfect for the night owls, the early risers & the littles who aren't so good at keeping their voices down. The living area is spacious & being an open floor plan means conversation doesn't have to stop while preparing meals. The showers: they do work in all the bathrooms. Set your water temperature then at the end of the facet where the water comes out, pull directly down. This initiates the shower head. We weren't able to enjoy SHARC, our adventures didn't line up to when they were open. Hint: contact SHARC for their availability times if you want to enjoy what they offer. My son & his girlfriend were able to enjoy the Village & said it was better than they expected. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Acaia 2, the staff was very easy to work with & very personable. We will definitely stay here again

Not as nice as expected

The house layout is great for two families with children. However the fridge was obviously no longer working and even had a sign saying give it 24 hours to cool off. Our food almost went bad and I had to call management. Thankfully they came out fast and gave us a new fridge in the garage. The shower in the master sprays water everywhere. There was a balloon leftover from the people prior to us. When something spilled on the floor in the kitchen I went to wipe it up and the paper towel was black. Clearly the floor hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. The kitchen island is a safety hazard and until it’s fixed along with the kitchen fridge they shouldn’t rent out the home. Just barely resting your elbows on the counter and it will come off the floor. With little kids there it made me very uncomfortable. The cabinets in the kitchen don’t close which isn’t a major deal. Just for the price I feel like the fridge should work and there shouldn’t be obvious safety issues like the kitchen island. The shower in one of the master rooms sprays water all over when trying to use and leaks out the bottom. The house is in need of some tlc. It should not cost as much as it does for how many issues it has

Great overall stay

We had two families together for Thanksgiving and had a great stay overall! The location is great, we loved the hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked which was very helpful. There are some maintenance needs throughout the home that I have brought up to the management company so hopefully those things will be tended to but overall we were very comfortable and would stay here again. Easy walk to the village and beds were comfortable.

Our Pinewood Resort

Fabulous location and lay out of the home. We were close to the village, Sharc, playground, etc. With an open floor plan we could do crafts on the table while someone was making dinner and no one was away from the fun! A huge garage for all the bikes and with 3 bathrooms we could get ready in a timely manner. We also liked the TV in every room.

Great location pet friendly

Thus house has a perfect location between the parks, near the SHARC and the village. Wonderful space for 2 families. The barbecue unfortunately did not work and the floors were a bit dirty when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was great. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay and well- thought out property! Would stay again!

Great arrangement. All the details accounted for and everything that we needed at our fingertips. Place was clean and well taken care of. Couple suggestions for property: floor needed mopping, bed in queen without bathroom was hard, couches were in good condition, but are due for replacement as they had very little firmness left to them, dart board was not replaced by maintenance upon request, swing on deck is splintering and needs sanding and/or cushions. Minor issues. Great stay nonetheless.

We had a lovely time with our family. Everything was great except we couldn’t figure out how to get the shower heads to work in the two bathrooms with tubs. Called management twice and never heard back. Everyone had to take turns in the master shower, which was a small corner shower. Great location… close to Sharc and only 1 mi from the Village.

Perfect layout and location

Great central location in Sun River right on the community trail. One story house provided a great layout for us with 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 3 dogs. Comfortable house and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Wasn’t overly clean compared to some places we’ve stayed, so that’s my only suggestion for improvement is it could use a nice deep cleaning.

It worked out well having all bedrooms on the ground floor for my elderly parents. Very disappointed about the broken hide a bed, we were really counting on that and because of it one guest had to sleep on the floor. It also looked like a huge bloodstain on the mattress pad of the same hide a bed. Enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house was true to the pictures and very spacious. It worked well for us (2 couples and 2 singles) and was super close to the SHARC which we really appreciated. the parking area easily accommodated 4 vehicles. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was a very slow draining commode in the queen in suite and it plugged once. had to have the plumber come out once but it still posed a bit of a problem off and on. And the fridge in the garage does not seem to get cold enough in the top half to keep food from spoiling but froze the beer on the bottom. Minor problems easily fixed. Our fur babies loved roaming the woods and going on walks. It was a very enjoyable stay. Also we enjoyed the large deck and swing. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Its beautiful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented the home to accommodate 8 people & this house fit the bill perfectly. We used every part of the house, the large deck, the bar be que, the hot tub and every room in the house. We had the best family time! Great property that I would recommend to anyone.
