"Clean room. The lady was not at the front seat when I was checking out. I had to wait 10-15 minutes. She never apologized for not being there. Was very frustrating."

"None of the lights in our room worked couldn't check in until after three even though we got there right at three staff was OK. No hot breakfast bags a complete waste."

"The property seemed fine, but admittedly we showed up very late (1am) and had a discrepancy in booking that the front desk had to figure out for us, giving us a room that was under construction since they had no further vacancy. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to find. My main issue is when i called the front desk 2 days prior about the shuttle I wasn't told that i needed to reserve the time I wanted to leave. When we got the hotel, the 4am time slot was full and we had to take the next shuttle. "

"Property is conveniently located near many amazing restaurants and fun things to do. Short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and other surrounding neighborhoods. Also staff is amazing but they do need additional staff to boost the cleanliness. Also has many amenities awesome pool and hot tub, best breakfast, and fitness center "

"I had an early flight out of Pittsburgh and reserved a room at this location for convenience . I was extremely pleased with the friendly staff, parking was easy and the room was clean all the amenities I needed for my stay. The location to the airport was perfect"
