"The hotel A/C was not up to par when it’s 110 degrees outside. The tv in the room didn’t work. The remote was broken could not turn down the volume and get a correct channel to stay. The room key did not work had to go back to the front desk. No one was there waited…. A maid came by and asked her if she knew where she was. Had no clue. Called the front desk while standing there no one came to pickup the phone. Another maid came by asked again. I was hot tired and finally another clerk showed...

"This Hotel is one of the best kept secrets in Arizona. The staff were helpful; smoothest check--in ever. They even baked cookies! Room was immaculate, daily service outstanding, and the beds were a piece of heaven on earth. Breakfast was delicious and coffee 24/7. Pool AND Gym? You had me at Hello. 6 out of 5 stars! But keep the secret to yourselves and **enjoy**."

"It was easy check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed Thursday through Sunday. All in all it was good. Friday night I’m not sure what happened but there didn’t seem to be a front desk agent for about 45 minutes. She finally came walking out from down the hall, there were 5 or 6 other groups waiting for assistance."

"This place has the absolute perfect location in Glendale right next to the mall and Westgate and the stadium. They’re a bit steep on the price to park a car during a stay as well as the snacks and goodies down in the lobby. The breakfast was so-so, but it was free so you can’t complain. We had a significant amount of people smoking weed on the fourth floor throughout our one week stay. The pool does not have a lot of shade and is smaller than the ones around the area but is well maintained."
