"Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...

"Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door...

"We only needed one night for a doctor's appointment. When we drive up we were concerned about our choice. A non descript brick building with no real signage. Inside was a pleasant surprise, updated and very clean. You do get airplane noise."

"The room was modern and quiet, but had a strong odor of having been cleaned with an old or dirty rag. The smell lingered throughout the stay. There was also other people's hair on the shower wall, which was off-putting. One set of bed sheets, while clean, had black spotted stains .The breakfast was good and beyond the usual continental sugar carb choices. There were eggs, sausages, fresh fruit and even a waffle maker. The staff was nice but for the price per night, I would expect a higher level...
