"Overall good. Was told we could not stand in the Parking lot, and checkout instructions were vague. But a fabulous location- everything in walking distance! And very clean!"

"Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We...

"My friend and I stayed here for the Maine coast half marathon. The location was ideal and the property was clean. There was a lack of air flow because of the set up but we opened the porch door and were able to get a nice breeze and listen to the thunderstorms that afternoon. The tv did not work or connect to cable and there were not plugs next to each bed. Otherwise we would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Check-in process easy, cabin small but fit two people nicely. 3 floors in a small space, so there were always stairs to negotiate--not a problem for us, but may be for some. Comfy bed, nice bedding and pillows. Owner gave us a restaurant recommendation (Ken's) that garnered an outstanding seafood meal. Don't miss the lobster rolls!"
