"Stayed four nights and did not get one good nights sleep. They control (override) the room temperature at night and would wake up hot at 1-2 every morning. I’m sure they save energy but it is not good for getting me to be a repeat customer."

"We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We have never been to a hotel with a breakfast buffet. That was any better than this one. The room was kept clean and need all during the breakfast time. We had plenty of pillows on the bed. The room decor was great with the beautiful mountain scenery at the bed headboard."

"Only issue was that my reservation was incorrect and I had to wait over an hour for them to locate my correct reservation. Expedia indicated to them it was in the system and they indicated it was not. It was finally resolved when the manager realized she had access to an aspect of the system that the front desk clerk did not. And lord and behold the reservation was in her system."
