"The staff was super friendly and nice but Expedia and the Days Inn did not make us aware that they are in the middle of renovations. We were surprised to find the office located in one of the bedrooms, a very make-shift breakfast and the like. However the room seemed to recently have been renovated and was good minus the fact that the AC struggled a bit to keep the room cool and housekeeping was late or delayed or non-existent most of the time. "Came here for a little weekend getaway with my wife. Room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly when checking in. Locations is very close to everything you’d need. About 5-10 min from nice beaches and about 20-25 min from Downtown SD. Didn’t get to try out the breakfast provided or the pool area. Overall a great experience and would book again."

"The hotel was okay overall, but the pool experience was disappointing. The pool wasn't very clean or well maintained, and it closed much earlier than expected each day. The water slide was also only open for a very limited time—it opened late in the day and closed early, making it difficult for families to enjoy it. If the pool and slide are important to your stay, you may want to consider this before booking."

"Beautiful property, the amenities were so wonderful. Highly recommend staying here, golfing was fun, they have a golf cart service that’ll take you where you need on the property, the pools were so nice to swim in. We went yo the bar for dinner and got the nachos, fish and chips and brookie, all were very delicious, especially the nachos."
