"This was our second stay and we will book here again. The staff is so helpful and kind. They check to make sure you don’t need anything. Pool is always clean. Rooms spotless. We asked about booking a golf cart and they booked it for us and sent paperwork so that the golf cart was there when we arrived. Location is convenient to everything. Duvall street isn’t even a block from the hotel. This place is for sure a hidden gem!"

"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. "This was a nice place, but overpriced. The sinks in the bathroom need to be updated as there is corrosion on the handles. We stayed here for the novelty of getting to stay in Robert‘s house, but we probably won’t stay here again, as we have found nicer places during our other stays in Key West that are much less expensive and have amenities and parking."

"Without question a classic, convenient and beautiful Key West inn. The rooms were spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Many small pools throughout the property with lush grounds. Nice breakfast served by such caring staff. Since my stay was in the summer, rates were unbelievably low which was the reason I booked Key West. If the price were right other times of the year I’d be back without question."

"Property is fantastic and convenient. They lease to Onlywood Restaurant on the property. For some reason they don’t promote the restaurant. We ate there 2 out of 5 days. Service and food were tremendous. If you go for happy hour 5-6 you get great deals on both food and drinks."

"This property was very unique and it might not be for everyone. I personally loved the old time feel of the property. As busy as it was outside, the room was very quiet. The staff was wonderful and very patient. I didn't feel like I stayed at a hotel though. It felt more like a guest in someone's house. I loved that I could walk everywhere and location was perfect. I absolutely loved the pool, the hot tub and peacefulness in the pool area. I can't wait to come back."
