"Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! "

"We chose this hotel because they offered a free shuttle to the airport (CLE), and we could park our car in their lot while away.
Hotel is nice, however, we needed to make use of the sofa bed dnd it was not equipped with linens. No extra linens in closet, either.
The room phone would not work to contact the front desk, so my husband had to walk down to the front desk to ask for the linens. This was later into the evening. Our flight was leaving at 6:00 the next morning, So we needed to get to...

"There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!."
