"I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened. There was an odd phone next to the toilet. One of the blackout curtains was laying in the corner of the room when we checked in....

"The hotel is fine, but the bed I got was the worst I've ever slept in, and I've stayed in cheap hotels in Greece. They should make sure the beds are comfortable because that can make or break your experience. For me, it ruined it. In the future, I will avoid booking a room at this hotel. I'm sorry, but the bed and cleanliness are the most important things. Cleanliness was fine, but the bed was terrible, with a dip right in the middle."

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"We chose this property based on the fact that they offered roll out beds if requested and clearly stated on the expedia description. I requested them immediately after booking.
