"The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They made sure the taxi drivers knew where to go. They quickly sent staff to the room to fix any issues. They have a laundry area. They don't have irons though. "

"Unfortunately, I found mold in my room. When I asked to switch they were accommodating, but the 2nd room also had mold. In the 2nd room, there was a leaky shower attachment that dripped tons of water onto the rim of the tub & floor. The laminate wood floors were peeling. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. "Room was small i had to leave my wheelchair to get in the room, then had to push the chair outside so i could get to the bathroom. Had to negotiate with the roaches as to whos turn it was in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, staff were topnotch. "

"The Ambassador was in a prime location for all the sights with train links to the temples. It was in a very lively area with street markets, bars and restaurants. The hotel’s sports facilities were varied, the gym was very well equipped and the pool was huge but very warm. The staff were polite and efficient The breakfast choice was extensive both fresh fruit, pastries and many egg, rice, meat and spiced options. Our room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning worked well. "

"It was a great location!! Very walkable which was nice and they offered transportation for you as well if you wanted to go further outside Bangkok. They had a table with excursion options right at the entrance so that was nice to help us find something to do both inside and outside Bangkok. They were very pushy about which excursion we should do though and of course pushed the floating market quite aggressively.
