Got to our room and the condition was very poor. Everything was very worn and unkempt. The pullout couch mattress was brown, coffee table was in horrible condition and the room didn’t smell clean. There were footmarks on the bathroom floor making the “yuck” factor stick out even more. My party was not comfortable staying here. Don’t stay here....

"There were multiple tenants that appear to live in the motel with pets and sitting the the doorways smoking and and other things. Did not feel safe nor did I feel comfortable staying there"

"The Sonesta was a pretty good stay. We only stayed for one night. It was a few things that could be improved. They need to make sure enough towels are in the amenties. It was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and only one towel in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen did not have any silverware, pans for cooking, or dinnerware. This would have been a problem if we were staying more days. I think if someone would inspect the rooms after them being cleaned would lower the complaint or...

"This was a good hotel. It was clean,the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. This wasn't a problem here. the temperature stayed where we set it the whole 4 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the ones at the desk to the ones cleaning the rooms.
