"Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). Nous recommandons chaleureusement. "

"Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. "

"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. "Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"We loved everything about our stay. Todi is a picture perfect hill town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property was a short (but steep) walk to the main piazza where we had great meals and the best gelato just a short stroll down the main shopping road. "This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave!"

"Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. "beautiful villa near orvieto, chiusi, montepulciano. host was very nice and accommodations were good. beds were firm which i appreciated, and the A/C worked. she left us wine, water and breakfast foods. there were many mosquitos outside so we couldnt enjoy the property as much as we wished, and some of the window screens were broken. no soap or shampoo provided so we had to buy our own."

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. "The White House is charming, beautifully decorated, and has the amenities it promises. Luigi was the most accommodating host and even provided us transportation to the train station! He is very helpful and knows what to recommend in the local area. Very comfortable, even if we did have to climb stairs! Luigi even helped with luggage!"
