"Rooms are big and roomy however Valet parking was terrible better to avoid 2 morning in a row I called and asked them to bring my car around and bothe times they said yes however both times they didn’t go to retrieve car until I was there. Very poor service in Valet"

"The hotel is well appointed and located. The room was comfortable, bathroom even better. The hotel has a musty, damp odour however which was unpleasant. Improved with the a/c on but still lingered in the hallways and lift."

"Great service 5/5"

"Great location, hotel is really nice and the staff are great."

"We had an apartment room with balcony, the room was very clean and although a busy part of the city, it was still quite. Staff were great and always helpful. Breakfast was first class. Loved the location, easy transport options and close to everything we love about Sydney. Thanks"

"Clean room and was ready a couple of hours before check in time. Staff sent a message to state this. Luggages were happily kept or hold by staff before checked in and after checked out. Staff notified client of incorrect charge of a food item that was meant to be removed from the bill. Staff actioned promptly either to wait for manager for the refund or to be directly deposited back to the account. Front reception staff are friendly. Front Luggage Porter was quick to handle our luggages for ease...

"Great location!"

"Lovely family stay looking over Sydney Harbour"
