"Loved our 2 nights at Talinga!Perfect location - easy walk from the ferry and a short walk to the supermarket & shops in Penneshaw. Really comfortable space for 2 friends, with plenty of spare room. The hosts have done a great job with renovations & the house felt really lovely!Both of us are already planning our next stay, thank you!"

"We had such a great time! Kevin was an excellent host and provided heaps of information upfront. The house is nicely laid out and can easily have more than the 4 adults that were in our family. The kitchen worked well for meals in and the rooms were nice - great to have multiple bathrooms! We loved the beach, it's shallow and the water is warm and beautiful, basically out the front door. Bonus was the expansive deck where we were able to have sun and shade plus watched the planet parade.Would...

"We have travelled 10,500 miles to be here and we found these unique “Fish Cabins”.They have been very well appointed extremely clean and a large spacious room.Very well decorated and all utensils you would need to facilitate your own cooking.Victoria and Robert are excellent host ensuring that you’ve settled in OK and a quick introduction to the two Koala’s situated in your garden!!!Fantastic three nights close drive to all points North East of the Island…million dollar question…would we come...

"So happy we decided to stay here. We travelled from Canada and with our Australian friends found this a beautiful location minutes from the ferry terminal and easily accessible. The house is spacious; modern and very well maintained. We had a kangaroo visit us and many beautiful birds of various species and colours. "Well situated in Penneshaw SA with great layout for couples with separate facilities. Everything you need is supplied. Very clean with very comfortable beds. Hosts were terrific, gave us some great tips for what to do and see."

" The view from deck is utterly fantastic. Loved watching the ferrys arrive and depart, and seeing pods of dolphins swim by in the sea. And the birdlife in the garden amazing! Terrific wood heater inside for the evenings, with plentiful supply of wood. So cozy.Beds very comfortable. "

"We had a lovely stay whilst waiting for our ferry back to the mainland. It is huge and had a great view of the wild seas. A short walk away from the local pub, cafes and supermarkets. The owners were very accomodating of our booking (made just a few hours before check in), and they made sure everything was set up and ready for us. "Comfortable and well equipped cottage. Next time, I’d stay a couple of nights in Penneshaw and a couple at Flinders Chase NP area due to long distances to drive to and fro the amazing southern ocean etc. "
