"Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is a fabulous hotel. We had two consecutive bookings in a triple then two twin rooms. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and with nice extra touches - lots of powerpoints and USB ports, Dyson hairdryer, bottled water. Checking in was a breeze, the reception staff are extremely helpful and all speak fluent English. "The Hotel Leben is an absolute find! The rooms are large and spacious, with a comfy seating area. We appreciate having the toilet and shower separate from each other and the extra closet space. The hotel provides a lot of different toiletries and cold and hot beverages daily. The staff is superb! Always helpful and friendly. Our family had three rooms and we all enjoyed the stay here at this property. Location is great for dining, shopping and easy access to everything. A great find in Osaka!"

"The property was well located very near to the train lines. Both Shinshaibashi and Yotshubashi stations are nearby. There is a konbini next door and AEON Food Style is just around the corner. The staffs also provided us with a 5% off discount voucher for AEON. There's laundry room downstairs with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers too. inside the room, there's 2 induction stoves, kettle, fridge, and a freezer. The property is clean and especially the staffs are super friendly and super helpful....

"A very good hotel with lots of amenities! Free breakfast, drinks, (including alcohol), and spacious rooms. Very well located right on Dotonbori street near all the action. Comfortable beds and a massage chair in the room, it's hard to beat. Staff are helpful and know enough English to converse. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel alone, though of course the neighborhood is very exciting too."

"Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. It wasn’t as close to public transportation as I would have liked. As a couple who prefer to use public transit, we had to do a lot of walking to the nearest stations. If I was to go again, I would research hotels closer to a subway station. It wasn’t entirely out of the way by any means though."

"Once again, Dormy Inn maintains the standard. We used Dormy Inn at Ginza and really enjoyed our stay so we booked the same hotel chain again in Osaka. Location is great and within 5-10 minutes distance to the subway station. Staff are helpful and polite. Love the onsen and the ramen noodles after 9:30pm. Washer is free and dryer is only 100 yen for 20 minutes and it is not crowded. Overall, Will definitely use the same hotel chain whenever we visit Japan."
